★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ⭐︎ゼロです。auからのDMで契約した覚えのない携帯が私の名義で勝手に契約されていた事が判明。
157に電話して繋がるまで散々待たされ、「DMに載ってるkids携帯は契約してません」といくら言ってもオペレーターの対応は「契約してますよ。相模大野店で〇〇年〇月に」と。「料金が発生してたんですか？引き落とされてたんですか？」と聞くと「そうです」と言われた。
埒があかないので相模大野店に連絡すると「予約して来てください」と言われ、店に行くと
「何年も前の契約なので調べられない。支払った分は返金できない。直近の2ヶ月分だけ支払いを無しにして、契約を無償解約する」と。
愕然としました。ざっと計算しても１０万円以上は勝手に引き落とされてたのに。本社に直接連絡して補償してもらえるように交渉しようかと考えたけど、皆さんのレビューを見た限り最悪の対応をされただけで終わりそうですね。
kddiがこんな酷い企業だったとは驚きです。
店側の契約ミスで支払っていた分は返金してもらえません。皆さんも気をつけてくださいね。

When I contacted the Sagamiono store, I was told "Please make a reservation" and when I went to the store
"I can't look it up because it's a contract many years ago. I can't refund what I paid. I'll cancel the contract for free for the last two months without paying."
I was stunned. Even if I calculated it roughly, 100,000 yen or more was withdrawn without permission. I thought about contacting the head office directly and negotiating for compensation, but as far as I can see from your reviews, it seems that the worst response is enough.
I'm surprised that kddi was such a terrible company.
No refund will be given for the amount paid due to a contract error on the store side. Please be careful, too.
