d	dug jay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 建物は綺麗、立地もいいがエボルバ自体が糞。アウトバウンドでは架電件数をごまかすのが当たり前。しかも実態をコミュニケーターに隠しもしないから皆ヤル気がなく、特に古参のオバちゃんが派閥を作りやりたい放題。インバウンドではギリギリの人数で早く取れとせっつかれる。上司は口だけで保身ばかり。パコソンは旧式のパソコン(i3でさえない)でフリーズしまくり。なのに処理時間や仕事効率も求められる。数年務めたけど絶対におすすめしません。 The building is beautiful and the location is good, but the Evolva itself is a shit. 仙	仙台幸子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コールセンターのお仕事で訪問しました。最初に対応してくれた女性の方はとても親切で良かったのですが、その後に対応して頂いた男性の方はとても高圧的で萎縮してしまって仕事が本当にできるのか、研修を最後まで受けられるのか、研修の最後にテストがあるが、それに受かる自信はあるのかと矢継ぎ早に詰問されて嫌な気持ちになりましたまだ結果は出ていませんが、仕事は受けないつもりでいます建物自体は仙台駅から非常に近く分かり易い場所にあって、建物もとてもキレイで一階のロビーにはソファーも用意してあるので、ちょっとした待ち合わせの場所に利用をしてもいいかと思います I visited for a call center job. ゆ	ゆゆ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ状況ということもあり電話の面接でした。104のコールセンター面接という事で話をしていたのでしたが、たまに104にかけると言ったら面接官に鼻で笑われて「今の世の中104にかけることってありますか？」って言われたのがとても腹が立ちました。相手側にとってはボロを出す手口だったのかと思いますが。たまたまその時は携帯をなくしてしまい電話番号を調べる術がなくかけたのに色々な可能性を考えられない人が面接官だなんてここでは働きたくないと思いました。もう少し、社員教育した方がいいんじゃないですか？エボルバで働かせてやるからって気持ちがガンガンに電話で伝わってきますよ？ It was a corona situation, so it was a telephone interview. R	Ru As1 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 派遣。管理責任者ではなく直接指導する担当者が問題あり。この人まっとうな人とは思えず、初めてでわからないこともキチンとした指導もなく、一緒に入った同期は皆、四苦八苦しています。このご時世に珍しいです。補足事業所が変わると雰囲気もガラリと変わります。いま別の派遣先で、こちらはかなり穏やかな雰囲気。先輩方も優しく管理者も穏やかです。嫌なところばかりではないことがわかりましたので評価は少し上げます。 Dispatch.
