★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、ツルハのサイトで買い物をして、こちらの店舗を商品の受取り店に指定して取りに行ったところ、商品の入っている箱を店員が勝手に開封していました。
しかも、封をしないで箱の口を開けたまま渡され、挙げ句の果てに平気な顔をして「間違って開けてしまいました」。
店員は間違ったと言うが、箱に大きく客に渡す物として注意書きが書いてあったので、間違うはずはない！
その時はただ単に驚きの一言しかないです。

このお店の近くのコンビニで、セルフで袋に詰めている時にシラーッとしていて、支払いに舌打ちされそうなレジの方いるのですが、本当に正反対でほっこりします。
