★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてカイロプラクティックを体験しました。普段の姿勢を写真に録り、後日にペーパーでどの部位に歪みがあるのか手渡しをしてくれるみたいです。院長先生に施術をしていただきました。首から腰にかけて、骨の歪みを整えていくと、熱くなり、腸の動きも活発になり、施術後トイレに3回も行きました。先生によると、温かくなったり、痒みが出たりするそうで、血液の流れが変わって起きるのだと言われていました。わたしは体の中や外もかゆみが出て、よほど悪いものが溜まっていたのだと思います。体も軽くなって良かったです。
