★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 銀座商店街入り口にある良寛庵さんに入店したのは１２時過ぎ、古い喫茶店の趣がある店内には既に先客４名（全て妙齢をかなり過ぎられた女性陣！）がいらっしゃいます。店主・スタッフも女性の方なので店内の男性は私一人．．．思いっきり浮いてる存在ですね。
カウンターの上には本日の日替りらしきお膳と小皿が沢山並べてありますので、野暮なことは言わず「日替り定食（６５０円）」を注文、勝手口からは上品な野良猫（みーちゃん）もやって来て一緒に姿勢正しく配膳を待ちます！！。
待つこと５分程度で登場、メインは豚の冷しゃぶです。あっさり味のポン酢で味付けが既にしてあり、炊きたてごはんに合います。小鉢は茄子とピーマンの炊合せ、しっかりした濃い味付けでおかずにふさわしい味わいですね。デザートは梨で鳥取産二十世紀梨でしょうか、歯ごたえよく美味しく頂きました^^

Appearing in about 5 minutes to wait, the main is cold pork shabu. Seasoned with light ponzu vinegar, it goes well with freshly cooked rice. The small bowl is a combination of eggplant and bell peppers, with a rich and deep seasoning that is suitable for side dishes. The dessert is a pear made from Tottori's 20th century pear, it was crunchy and delicious ^^
