塩ラーメン専門店で以前から気になっていたのですが、やっと行けました。
駐車台数が少ないのがちょっとネックですが、、、
Beef tendon salt ramen is delicious! If you add yuzu pepper, it will be excellent again. Gyoza was also delicious and I ordered an additional one.

食べログで再開したと知り、早速行きました！
今は掲載されてます♪
お店に入ると以前と変わらないですが…
「交通事故の後遺症で左手の力がなくなってしまい…」
とのＰＯＰで腑に落ちました(；´Д｀)
メニューは確かに変わりましたね～
サイドメニューが増えたかな？
なかなか魅力的なメニューも加わってます♪(o^^o)
新メニューの中から『塩炭火焼き鳥らぁ～めん』を注文。
しばらく待って着丼！
ゴロンとした炭焼き鳥が結構入ってます。
鳥の旨味が凝縮されてて美味い！(*´∀｀)
思わずビール飲みたくなりますね♪
スープは以前より魚介が強いかな？
ツルッと喉越しいい麺との相性も良く、最後まで美味しく頂けました！(*´ω`*)
事故から復帰しての営業…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夫婦で、牛すじ塩ラーメンと餃子とライスを注文しました。
最初、店内を見た感じ、色々な名刺の様な物が置かれており不思議なラーメン店だな思いました。数分後、ラーメンが来ました。見た目、凄く大きな牛すじで、固いのかなぁ〜と思いましたが、食べた瞬間驚きました。柔らかくて口の中で溶ける感じでした。味もしっかり付いていて最高でした。スープも美味しく、１滴も残らず飲みほしてしまいました。餃子も美味しかったです。皮が少し、餅っとしていて、圧巻だったのがタレです。タレは普通のタレと違い拘りのあるタレでした。少し、とろみのあるタレで大将さんに質問したところ、その答えを教えて頂きました。是非、一度食べに行って自分の下で隠し味は、何なのか当ててみてください。あと、タレはそれだけではありません、もう１種類あります。そちらも拘りぬいた、味噌が入っていて、これもかなり合う感じで、色々拘りのある凄くいいラーメン屋さんでした。

お店に入ると検温と消毒をしてくださいとのこと。
テーブルもしっかり消毒されてから席に案内して頂きました。
牛すじラーメンと餃子を注文。
餃子は少し時間掛かるとのことで10分ほど待ちました。
その間にタレとゆずこしょうを出してくださいました。
ゆずこしょう好きな自分としては嬉しいですね〜餃子が運ばれて来るとすぐラーメンも到着。
ラーメンも餃子もとても美味しいすぐ食べてしまいました。
また食べに来たいお店ですねー
