唐辛子の辛めを頼んだが、味噌っ辛かった(u_u)
ニンニクも3片くらいしか入ってない。
楽しみだったのにザンネン。

月に何日も…というわけではないけれど、ふいに食べたくなり気付くと行ってしまう。考えてみたら初めて食べに訪れたのは30年も前のこと！
その頃から揚げニンニクは変わらずたくさん入ってますね♪
いろいろ食べたけど結局は、毎回ベトコンラーメン(しょうゆ)に落ち着いてしまいます。
これからも変わらぬ味とお値段をお願いします。
For me, it is the original store of Vietcong Ramen.
It's not like many days a month, but when I suddenly want to eat it, I go. When I think about it, I first visited for eating 30 years ago!
Since that time, there have been a lot of fried garlic in it ♪
I ate a lot, but in the end, I settled on Vietcong Ramen (soy sauce) every time.
Please continue to have the same taste and price.

先月半ばから蒸し暑くなってきてにんにくメニューが多くなり、今日も食べたくなり久々に立ち寄ったのがここ。
前回来たのはもう6年前に訪問で久しぶりです。
一宮市にベトコンラーメン発祥と言われる「新京」があり、尾張部や岐阜市にはその系列の店が数店あるがここは違うよう‥。
ただ五目ベトコンは「国士無双」と呼んでいるのは同じで、こちらはご飯ものメニューも結構あります。
平日はご飯とサラダか好きなラーメンに300円プラスでチャーハンがいただけるようです。
最近はそれほどは食べられなくなったので「国士無双(五目ベトコン)」(税込800円)を単品で注文しました。
メニューは10分弱で着丼。
にんにくのいい香りが食欲を誘います。
たっぷりの野菜からいただいてみる。
しゃきしゃきのモヤシがうまいし、こちらはタケノコも入っている。
揚げたにんにくが5粒程入りそのにんにくがホロッと柔らかく美味い(笑)。
麺は細目の低加水であるのは新京と同じです。
名古屋ラーメンがほぼ台湾ラーメンと言われてますが、ベトコンラーメンは我々には尾張ラーメン。
台湾ラーメンより歴史があり50年の歴史があります。
今年は酷暑になりそうとか⁉️
今年は特にお世話になりそうです。
For me, Owari Ramen is Vietcong Ramen.
It's been hot and humid since the middle of last month, and the garlic menu has increased, so I stopped by here after a long time because I wanted to eat it today.
It's been a while since I visited last time 6 years ago.
There is "Shinkyo" in Ichinomiya City, which is said to be the origin of Vietcong Ramen, and there are several affiliated stores in Owaribe and Gifu City, but this seems to be different.
However, it is the same that Gome Viet Cong calls it "Kokushi Musou", and there are quite a few rice menus here.
On weekdays, you can get fried rice with rice and salad or your favorite ramen for 300 yen plus.
Recently, I haven't been able to eat that much, so I ordered "Kokushi Musou (Gome Viet Cong)" (800 yen including tax) as a single item.
The menu is donburi in less than 10 minutes.
The nice scent of garlic invites appetite.
Let's start with plenty of vegetables.
The crispy bean sprouts are delicious, and this one also contains bamboo shoots.
It contains about 5 fried garlic and the garlic is soft and delicious (laughs).
Noodles have the same fine low water content as Hsinking.
Nagoya ramen is said to be almost Taiwan ramen, but Vietcong ramen is Owari ramen for us.
It has a history of 50 years, which is older than Taiwan ramen.
It's going to be extremely hot this year ⁉️
This year will be especially helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ うーん。ラーメンがぬるい。モヤシがあんまり洗ってないのか塩素臭い。スープも、ものすごくしょっぱくて飲めません。残念。
Hmmm. Ramen is lukewarm. Maybe the bean sprouts haven't been washed so much, it smells like chlorine. The soup is also so salty that I can't drink it. disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ベトコンラーメン、国士無双、イカカラをいただきました。イカカラは柔らかくて食べやすい。
ベトコンは程よく辛いです。国士無双はめちゃ辛いイメージが有ったのですが、辛く無くなっていて少し驚きました。しかしながら美味しいのでまた来たいと思います。
I received Viet Cong Ramen, Kokushi Musou, and Ikakara. Squid is soft and easy to eat.
Viet Cong is moderately spicy. Kokushi Musou had a very spicy image, but I was a little surprised that it wasn't spicy anymore. However, it is delicious and I would like to come back again.

囲むようなカウンター席と、小上がり座敷4人掛けが3卓のキャパ。
カウンター席に座り壁のメニューと睨めっこ。
みそベトコンラーメンをオーダー。ホールにおじちゃんとおばちゃん。奥の厨房で1人調理でやっていました。
しばらくして着丼。熱々のスープにシャキシャキもやし、ニラがいいです。ベトコンラーメンのみそ味は初めて食べましたが、意外といいです。極細麺とあっていると思います。
ニンニクゴロゴロと入っており、食べ進めると額に汗がにじみ出します。
平日のランチメニューがお値打ちのようなので、今度は平日に寄りたいと思います。

I ordered Miso Viet Cong Ramen. Uncle and aunt in the hall. I was cooking alone in the kitchen in the back.
After a while, donburi. Hot soup, crispy bean sprouts, and garlic chives are good. I ate Viet Cong Ramen miso for the first time, but it's surprisingly good. I think it matches with the extra-fine noodles.
It contains garlic rumbling, and sweat oozes on the forehead as you continue to eat.
The lunch menu on weekdays seems to be a good value, so I would like to stop by on weekdays this time.
It was a feast.
