何回か行ったが、味が安定していない。美味い時は文句なしに美味いが、ダメな時は蕎麦の味がしない。打率としては半々かなあ…天ぷらは美味しいとは思う。

一見風情のある佇まいですが、店先には女郎蜘蛛が巣を張り巡らせてます。 私が訪れた日は、あまり愛想の良くないご主人が一人で切り盛りしており、慌ただしく動いておりました。 店内には「当店はスローフード店」という張り紙が。また、別の張り紙には「わさびなどの薬味は、布海苔との相性が良くないので出しておりません」とか「小麦粉は使ってません」とか、他にもいろいろな断り書きが…。 もしかして知る人ぞ知る、通が通う頑固おやじの店か、そんな雰囲気。 そこそこお客も入っており、厨房でせっせとそばを茹でながら天ぷらも揚げてます。 帰った客の器も下げられず、そこにまた次の客が座る。 オーダーもなかなか取りに来ない(来れない)し、蕎麦もなかなか出てきません。 それでもきっと美味しい蕎麦が出てくるんだと思い、お茶ではなくセルフサービスの常温のお冷やを飲みながら待つこと50分。ようやく出てきたのはへぎに乗った人数分の ″もりそば ″?。 確かにへぎに乗ってるので、へぎそばといえばそうかもしれませんが、よくある一口ずつ結ってある見た目も美しいそばをイメージしてたので、心の中で「え?!」と、思ってしまいました。 そして蕎麦は、確かに布海苔独特のツルツル感はあります。 が、それ以外はコシもない、歯応えもない、香りもない、そして本当に薬味が一切ないぬるい蕎麦…。 取りあえずは残さず頂きましたが、絶対薬味はあった方がいい!(それ以前の問題か) 天ぷらもあまりサクサク感がありません。 残念なお店でした。

閉店30分前に入店。誰も居ないが30分以上待たされました。天ぷらは揚げ過ぎで焦げる寸前。何を食べてもコゲた風味で、えのきだの薄いカボチャだの値段に見合ってない。小さなししとうは起用に縦に半分でした。蕎麦も風味無し。注文時、薬味で辛味大根がおすすめとの事でお願いしたが、会計時しっかりと料金取られました。メニューに金額の記載も無く、説明も無しでした。会計が高いから間違って無いか確認したら、発覚。置いてある雑誌は10年前の物。うちの蕎麦にわさびは合わない等の店主のこだわりが書かれていましたが、他にこだわらなければならない所があると思いました。

前から気になっていたそば屋さん。 2021.11現在でのラインナップはそばと天ぷら盛合せのみ。 と言う事で天ぷらそばとして注文しました。 エビ、ナス、シシトウ、カボチャ、キノコ数種類、名称不明山菜などなど。 揚げ立ての天ぷらは熱々サクサクで最高です! 小麦粉不使用という自慢のそばはコシがあり後でほんのり香る上品なものでした。 美味しく頂きました。 店内の洋BGM(この日はエンヤ)も心地が良かったですね。 コスパはどうかといった所ですがまた行きたいお店です。 ※ワサビは合わないとの事で取扱無し

店主是個會說英文與德文的日本人老闆,店面裝飾得蠻舒適,有榻榻米座位,也有類似圍爐的坐椅座位。蕎麥麵很特別,加入了布海苔,有頗為清新的味道,平時不愛吃蕎麥麵的家人也吃得津津有味。最愛的是天婦羅,炸得很酥脆,用來炸的食材也很特別,第一次吃到山茼蒿(春菊)的天婦羅,真是太好吃了?!以後有機會還想再來吃!
