★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山梨店には初めて行きました。駐車場はそれほど広くありませんが、バイクや軽自動車なら特に気にしなくても停められます。店員さんの対応は良く、親切に対応して頂きました。今度 試乗しに行こうと思います。
I went to the Yamanashi store for the first time. The parking lot is not very large, but you can park your bike or light car without worrying about it. The clerk's response was good and kindly. I will go for a test drive next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二輪限定ETC割引にETC車載機番号が必要だったのですが、モニター機のため本体外側に車載機番号の表示が無く、取付けしていただいたカワサキプラザ山梨さんに問い合わせました。
16年も前の事なのにわざわざ調べて折り返し連絡して頂けました。
本当に助かりました。有難うございます。
The ETC on-board unit number was required for the two-wheel limited ETC discount, but since it is a monitor machine, the on-board unit number is not displayed on the outside of the main unit, so I contacted Kawasaki Plaza Yamanashi who installed it.
It was 16 years ago, but I took the trouble to look it up and contact me back.
That was a really big help. Thank you.
