V	Van “Van” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's alright, generic sort of arcade area with nothing too amazing unless it's something you're looking for. By the way, the pachinko area, like many others, REEKS of smoke, so if it's not something you care about I would skip it.

It has a huge variety of goods, and is very large in size, including 3+ stories, with even more stores above it. In a great area near lots of other store selection as well as Kyoto station.
S	Shan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a little bit run down but it has a decent sized Daiso and Book Off. I went just to check out which figures they had, and it turned out there was a good selection, since it's mainly residential and not as touristy as some other places. The short escalator is in the basement if you use the underground shopping centre.
