★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここは価格が安く良かったのですが、冬タイヤを予約し、交換に行ったのですが、交換終了後、まず私に対し君ずけで呼ばれました。お客さんを君で呼ぶ店は聞いたことがないです。また予約時点でもらった控えが違うもので予約に入ってなかったオイル交換をしたといわれました。控えがあなたの奥さんのではないかといわれましたが、私は独身です。その後母親のとわかりましたが、仮に控えが違うものでも作業前に確認すべきではと思います。私は前日に連絡を入れているのでお店控えを見ればわかるはずなのにと思います。腑に落ちず謝罪もなくお前が間違って控えもってきたんだろみたいのが納得いきません。オイル交換はサービスといわれましたがとにかく不愉快でした。上山という所はこういった店が絶対偉いみたいな所が多く謙虚さを感じません。もうここを利用することはないでしょう。みなさんも上山でお店を利用する時は慎重に。不愉快な思いをする事が多いです。

Oil change was said to be a service, but it was unpleasant anyway. There are many places called Ueyama where such stores are absolutely great, and I don't feel humility. You won't be using it anymore. Everyone should be careful when using the shop in Kamiyama. I often feel unpleasant.
