と	ともせん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味しい蕎麦が食べたくて、知人のオススメのこちらへ。山間の集落の古民家を改装した店内。狭めですが、落ち着いた雰囲気。おしゃべり好きなおばちゃんと、優しそうなおじちゃん(店主さん？)のお店。メニューは各種お蕎麦、丼ものとのセット、定食と結構豊富です。お蕎麦は二八でしょうか。細く艶のあるお蕎麦。硬めの歯ごたえも好みでした。つゆは辛め、そして大根おろし、カイワレ、ワサビも辛いのミックスでツーン(笑) でも、こういうのが食べたかったのです。他が辛いぶん、上にちょんと乗った野菜かき揚げが、また甘いこと甘いこと。美味しい。大盛りにしてもらったので、ほぼ満腹でごちそうさま。つゆ飲み干しちゃいました(笑) あ、コーヒーもらうの(セルフ？)忘れた… かなり好きなお蕎麦だったので、また来てセットものにチャレンジしたいです。 I want to eat delicious buckwheat noodles, so I recommend this to acquaintances.
