最初に気になっていた家が私の思い込みで思っていたものと違っていてガクンとした時に、前向きな言葉をかけてくれて、すぐに希望にぴったりな物件を提案くれました。
そこからの段取りが素晴らしかったです。
こちらのスケジュールを伝えると、すぐ次の予定を決めてくれました。
期日までに必要書類を揃えられないというピンチがあった時、私がなんとかします！という心強い言葉で支えてくれ、尽力してくれました。
ローンの担当者さんからの連絡や確認が不足してしまっていた時に、平野さんのナイスフォローのおかげで区役所に滑り込みセーフで必要書類の準備ができ助かりました。
