★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて行きましたが、見渡す限り人工物が無くて、すすきが見頃でとても綺麗でした。
意外と近場で平日と言うことで空いてて良かったです
I went there for the first time, but as far as I could see, there were no artifacts, and the pampas grass was in full bloom and very beautiful.
Surprisingly, I'm glad I was free because it was a weekday in the vicinity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★国土地理院の等高線地図で確認してみたところ、こちらと『とのみね自然交流館』との高低差は約200ｍ弱ぐらいでした。
★ですが、思ったより急峻な坂（階段含む）をズンズン登る部分があって、中高年的には結構ヒイヒイ言わされます。
★しかし、眺望は確かに絶佳です。
★以前、カリフォルニア州マリン郡に暮らした頃、このようなトレールコースが身近に沢山あり、そこを歩く事は週末の楽しみでしたが、日本に戻ってからは探しても出会えず、残念に思っていました。しかし、ここで遂に出会ったなぁ、と言う感がありました。
★なお、周回コースの中で、かなり高い場所ですが、最も高い場所ではありません。時計回りに回った場合、もう少し先に最も高い場所があります。ただし、人がすれ違うのも難しいぐらい狭い場所なので、ゆっくり景色を楽しめません。
★蛇足ですが、周回コースは時計回りに回った方が良さそうです。時計回りでも最初は急峻な坂（階段含む）がありますが、階段があるし、道幅も広いので登り易いです。反時計回りだと、いきなり更に急峻で狭くて滑り易い嫌な坂に当たるので、そこを登攀するだけで相当疲弊してしまいそうです。

★ It is a fairly high place in the lap course, but it is not the highest place. If you turn clockwise, you will find the highest point a little further ahead. However, the place is so small that it is difficult for people to pass each other, so you cannot enjoy the scenery slowly.
★ Although it is a snake leg, it seems better to turn the lap course clockwise. Even in the clockwise direction, there is a steep slope (including stairs) at first, but it is easy to climb because there are stairs and the road is wide. If it is counterclockwise, it suddenly hits an unpleasant slope that is steeper, narrower and slippery, so climbing there is likely to cause considerable exhaustion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 姫路からでなく、宍粟側からは凄い細い道ですヨ!ダンプ等の大型車は絶対通れず、車一台がやっとの林道が続きますので覚悟して下さい。
細い道から急に開けた高原に着いた時は感動です〜
映画等にも使われるようですが、秋のススキは特に良いらしいですね!
今度は姫路側から秋に訪れて散策をしてみたいと思います!
チョット高いけど蕎麦が美味かった!
It's a very narrow road from the Shiso side, not from Himeji! Large cars such as dumps can never pass, and one car will finally continue on the forest road, so be prepared.
I was impressed when I arrived at the plateau that suddenly opened from a narrow road ~
It seems that it is also used in movies, but autumn pampas grass seems to be particularly good!
Next time, I would like to visit from the Himeji side in autumn and take a walk!
It's a little expensive, but the soba was delicious!
