2	283 warawara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 営業の方はとても良い方でした。ピアノを見に行った時もいろいろ説明してくださいました。しかし、頂けるはずのメトロノーム、購入から半年近く経ちますが未だに手元に届いていません(T^T) 購入後はカワイから特に「ピアノの調子はどうですか？」とか連絡も一切ありません。(購入まではこまめに連絡いただいていました) そんなものなのでしょうか？ピアノに関しては私も素人なので元々どこのお店もそんな感じなのでしょうか？それとも購入したピアノのランクによって対応も変わってくるのでしょうか… 最近ヤマハでピアノの購入した友人がいるのでアフターフォローなど違いがあるのか聞いてみたいと思います！紅白でXJAPANのYOSHIKI様のピアノがカワイだったのでとても嬉しかったです！(後々聞いたら有名な話みたいですね) メトロノームが届いたら星も増やしたいと思います☆(笑) The sales person was a very good person.
