店員の対応はすこぶる気持ちよく気分良く食べられる。ラーメンの種類は普通。
今回は醤油、ニンニク、担々麺を注文。
スープはかなりあっさり系だがミンチに生姜が入っていて少しパンチがある。麺は中太縮れ麺でスープがよく絡む。
担々麺は結構辛めで美味かった。
全体的に四川風寄りかな？
昔ながらのラーメンやあっさり系が好きな人にはオススメな店。
ティッシュが置いてあるのもグッド。

迷わずにオーダー??
あっさりとこってりが選べ、夫婦でこってり味噌ラーメン。
私はコーンとバターをプラス。
旦那さんはチャーシュー味噌ラーメン。
そしてライスセットとチャーハンセット·····のチャーハンが美味しすぎました。
今まで食べた中でいちばん。
王将等の大手なんかより。
麺は細麺で鶏そぼろが乗っていて美味しい。
セットのキムチも美味。
他にも期間限定の冷麺や、冷やしラーメンもありましたが、どんなものか分からずオーダーを躊躇しました。
チェキなどで見本写真か絵が書いてあれば頼みやすいかもしれません。
他のメニューも気になり、再訪したいと思います。
接客もとても素晴らしい、また来たいと思わせてくれる優しいお店でした。

スープも麺も残念な感じでした。
とにかく塩辛い。スープの出汁も弱く満足出来ませんでした。叉焼、味玉も塩辛い。
チャーハンも もう少し塩味を抑えた方が良いかも。全体的に塩分多目で苦手な味付けです。

あっさり目の醤油ラーメンにピリ辛のネギが盛ってあり、美味しかったです。
麺は中細のわずかに縮れのある麺で、スープはとてもバランスのいい味でした。

しょうゆ、みそ、塩、とんこつ。
しょうゆもチャーシュー、焦がしチャーシュー、コッテリしょうゆ、、にんにく醤油バリュエーションが多いのが特徴。
一番おすすめがコッテリしょうゆ。鶏ガラにしっかり油のコクを出して、めちゃめちゃ美味しい。半チャーハン！キムチつけても1000円程度はかなり破格ですね。
チャーハンは懐かしい味で美味しい！
半チャーハンはマストです。
家の近くにこういうお店欲しいなー。。

早速登場すると驚くほどの背脂たち。
