J	J K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味は大変美味しかったけれど、店番をしていた女性の対応が酷かった。楽しみにしていたので非常に悲しく、あの味やお店の雰囲気は何度も楽しみたいと思うのだけれど、また同じ女性に出会すと思うと足が重たくなる。商品の違いを聞いても商品名を言うだけで味の違いなどは一切教えてもらえない。専門用語が出たので尋ねるとめんどくさそうに答える。袋を別々にできますか？と聞くと小馬鹿にしたように「そもそも同じ袋に入れませんけど」と言われた。こちらは水羊羹4つと和菓子2つを購入。和菓子2個と水羊羹2個を1セット、水羊羹2個を1セットの計2袋にして欲しいとつてたのに、何故か水羊羹4個と和菓子2個で袋を分けられる。しかも終始仏頂面。机の上で事務作業をしながら適当に会話をしているので、おそらく接客をする気がないのでしょう。悲しくて悲しくて仕方がなかった。こんな想いをするなら来なければよかった。そう思い、店を後にしました。味は本当に美味しかった。だけど、二度と思い出したくないので、お土産であっても頂きたくなくなってしまった。大変申し訳ないが、そういう意味で星一つです。これからお店に行かれる方は「店番の若い女性は対応が悪い」という事前認識を持って行くと良いと思います。老舗の和菓子屋さんの温かい雰囲気を期待してはいけません。多分。 The taste was very good, but the lady who was the storekeeper didn't respond very well.
