危ないと言われて駆けつけ、その場で搬送しろと言われても葬儀社などに連絡する用意もなく、その場で検索して頼むことになってしまった。
その日一日、母とともに泊まらせて貰えればもっと落ち着いて葬儀社などを考えることができた。
看取りもできる病院と言っているし、老人ばかり入院しているのに、霊安室がないとか、亡くなったらその日のうちに出ていくようにとか、対応が悪すぎる。
