★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一部の職員の対応が酷いです。説明が全然無いに等しいです。一方的で押し付けが酷いです。他に真面目な職員もいらっしゃいますが、monster級の職員に当たると大変です。説明内容も用紙で出してもらえない事もあります。今まで関わりが無い為に児童相談所とはこんなにも一部職員の横暴がまかり通るのかと、驚き戸惑い、困惑しています。相談時はまだまともな職員もいらっしゃいましたが、普段、このような場所に関わりが無い人にもちゃんと説明をできるようにしてほしいです。突っぱねる感じが酷いです。伝えた内容が違うことが多々有りました。一部職員の対応に憤りを感じます。
今後の対応の改善に期待したいと思います。
 The response of some staff is terrible. There is almost no explanation. It is one-sided and terrible. There are other serious staff, but it is difficult to be a monster-class staff. You may not be able to get the explanation on paper. I'm surprised and confused as to whether some staff members will be violent with the child guidance center because I haven't been involved in it until now. At the time of the consultation, there were still some decent staff members, but I would like them to be able to explain properly to people who are not usually involved in such places. The feeling of poking is terrible. There were many cases where the content I told was different. I feel angry at the response of some staff.
I would like to expect improvements in the response in the future.
