A	Arti Rupda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and well managed hospital with friendly staff and good facilities. As It's very popular, there are many patients hence the process gets slow and you need to wait for few hours. I have visited gynaecology department and one of the doctor was speaking English well so it was very easy process.
C	Conrad Saya Reina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good doctors, but you'll grow old waiting for hours and hours to see a doctor, collect your medicine, or pay. One high priced restaurant, one coffee shop with only 4 tables, two crowded convenience stores. The cure is worse than the disease.

The hospital is old, but there are a LOT of young doctors with limited experience and those are who you're gonna get treated by most of the time. Yet you'd still have to wait much longer and pay much more compared to other smaller hospitals!
C	Charlie Samra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality doctors and newish facility in the heart of Tokyo. If you are an outpatient bring a book to read while waiting. It will take hours to see someone. We waited all morning. But, the hospital itself is top notch. Inpatient experience was as good as I have seen in the US.
S	Sayumi K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to wait 2.5 hours to see the doctor, even though I had an appointment. Also the doctors here do NOT listen to the patient... I told my doctor my symptom and what I thought was wrong (an infection) but the doctor was deaf to what I had to say and made me go thru useless inspections costing me ¥25,000 (this is only 30% of cost. Imagine what this is costing tax payers...) In the end I ended up personally consulting a pharmacist who prescribed me exactly what I needed. It is a shame that a hospital that is supposed to have a prestigious reputation does not live up to it.

While I only have experience with the gastroenterology department, a quick look at other reviews on here will reveal a common theme: Very long wait times and arrogant doctors and nurses. Even a simple procedure of just getting my prescription refilled never took less than three hours. Four or five hours was more common. If you can find a small clinic that specializes in your problem, by all means go there.

S	Simon Darveniza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Similar to many other comments, the wait was just too excruciatingly long. 6 hours from start to finish, with the only tests taken being a blood test and a stomach ultrasound. The icing on the cake was they rebooked me back in a month's time but it wasn't until afterwards that I realised the booking time was mid afternoon (16:30). I went back after finishing my payment only to be told that as the doctor I saw today only works the afternoon shift I couldn't change my appointment time. I insisted I was fine with changing the doctor but the receptionist told me that were that the case I would be treated as a first time outpatient and wouldn't be able to make an appointment but wait again like today. I asked the receptionist how I'm supposed to come back every other month during working hours and she shrugged her shoulders and asked me to consider taking a day off each time. The complete lack of empathy was just astounding.
