★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まだ、行かない方が良い！接客が不馴れなのは仕方ないが、せめて調理技術は研修終わってからにしてほしい！玉子は火が通りすぎて、すかすか変な見た目がします。そして店長は、嫌なことから目をそらしまして、やり過ごそうとします。お金と時間を無駄にしますので、隣にちゃんとしたカツ丼やさんがあるのでそちらをおすすめします。※ほかのかつやさんでは、このようなことはなかったです。
一口も食べてないのに、お金はしっかり取られました。また、こちらの要望(もう少し火を通ってない卵が良い)はスルーされました。
後日、商品を再度提供するということだったので、忙しい時間だと迷惑かと思い、数日前に行くことを連絡。当日もピークだと駄目かなと思いオープンに何時に行くと連絡。その時間に行ったとこら、お客さん０だったにも関わらずカウンターに座るように言われた。
------二年後
夜いくと、店員同士おしゃべりでうるさい。
良くいえば、仲が良いのだろう。
そして、来る順番関係無しに、呼ばれた順番に対応。最初に来てたお客さん可哀想にカウンターなのに最後の最後にお茶持っていかれた。
まぁきっと臨機応変なんだろう。
調理レベルは上がっていると思う。
かつや自体は好きなんだけとね。
なかなか本部の目は行き届かないんだろうな。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「かつや」は自宅近隣では愛知尾張旭店と名古屋小幡店とここ名東新宿店がありますが、残念ながら接客はここが一番劣るように思います。
料理自体は美味しく安定のコストパフォーマンスです。

基本、チェーン店なので味は安定
定期的にメニューは替わるようですが
メインのとんかつは必ず有るので
行きやすいですね。
メニューの中に「ロースヒレ定食」が
出来ていくれれば迷うことなく注文
できるのですが無いのでいつも迷います。
今回追加で「カニクリームコロッケ」を
食べてみましたが価格が安いので
仕方がないとは思いますが
冷凍食品の味でした。
自分は半分ソースで残りはゴマダレで
食べるのですが塩も置いていただけると
味変が出来てもっと美味しくなるのでは

ご飯無し、キャベツ無しがいいです。
メンチも避けた方が無難です。
カツの衣は剥がれないので、胸焼けしやすい人は、カツを注文しない方が良いでしょう。
テーブルにある魔法瓶に入った麦茶が冷たくて、とてもお勧めです！★＋1

いつも、ランチ時に来ますが、いつも大満足です。
店内は明るく綺麗ですし、卓上のカラシなどの補充もきちんとされてます。
いつもは、カツ丼（梅）¥539ですが、今回初めて唐揚げ定食¥649を頂きました。
からしげや、からやまより衣の味付けが薄味なので、トンカツソースとカラシで頂いても美味しいですね。
