Office work that is not quick to respond. I was kept waiting in vain. You can see it by looking at it! Let's apply it! However, the receptionist was polite and good, so the star was +1.

I'm impressed that a translation officer is assigned at the reception as a foreigner, but the male officer in his 20s at the counter is unfriendly. He doesn't use honorifics, treats him poorly, and asks criminals questions. It was really unpleasant as my first experience in Katsushika Ward. I don't want to go again.

I've never seen such an attitude. You're Japanese, but don't you understand Japanese? If you can't use polite language, please quit your job. I don't want to pay taxes to someone with such a bad attitude. I want you to firmly educate staff members in Katsushika Ward. The tax I'm paying is a waste.
Y	Yas S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 区役所までいく必要もなく、大体のことはこちらでも済ますことが出来ますが時間帯によっては結構混みます。選挙がある時は、一番奥の会議室が期日前の投票所になります。 You don't have to go to the ward office and you can do most of the things here, but it can be quite crowded depending on the time of day. When there is an election, the innermost meeting room will be the polling place before the deadline.
