解約はどこの店舗でもできると事前に電話で確認していたので引っ越し先のこちらに伺ったところ、とても迷惑そうに接客されました。
お年寄り2人でされていたのを考慮してもどうなのかなと思うような対応でした。
女性に登録した店に行かないんですか？と3回ほど聞かれ、引っ越してきたからと何回も伝えたのに伝わってなく、裏で京都駅になんでいかんの？と声も聞こえてきました。
男性に、名前は⁈と聞かれ応えると名前だけじゃわからんやろ、本人確認出せと言われました。
正直この時点でなんでこんな対応をされないといけないのかわかりませんでした。
メルスフプランにはとてもお世話になっていたし、隣の眼科さんはとても親切だったのでとても残念です。近くに住まれていても足を伸ばして京都駅の方に行くのをおすすめします。
