M	Ma Na on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 品質管理、従業員教育がなってないです。レンコンにカビがあったので店舗へもう一度行きました。グラム売りだったので交換すると差額請求されました。納得がいかなかったので電話で責任者の方とお話ししましたが、請求は普通で、購入者によって店頭でごねた場合は請求せずに交換するそうです。言ったもの勝ちだそうです。呆れました。そして私もごねた購入者として扱われたので返金しますと言われました。こんな理不尽な対応ですのでもちろんお金も要りません。責任者がこれでは期待できませんが両親が利用する店なので品質管理と従業員教育を徹底する様に伝えてましたので今後も様子を見たいと思います。 Quality control and employee education have not been implemented. I went to the shop again because the lotus root had mold. Because it was a gram sale, I exchanged and was charged the difference. I wasn't convinced, so I talked to the person in charge over the phone, but the charge was normal, and if the buyer bought it at the store, he would exchange it without charging. It seems that what he said wins. I was amazed. And I was told that I would be refunded because I was treated as a purchaser. This is an unreasonable response, so you don't need any money. I can not expect the responsible person from this, but since it is a store used by parents, I told him to thoroughly implement quality control and employee education, so I would like to see the situation in the future.
