★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アゴだしラーメンは凄く美味しいのですが、上澄みを飲んでしまうと出汁の味が薄くなってしまいます。何とかなりませんか？かつ丼は小さい器に盛り付けているので、こぼさないように食べるのが大変です。ご飯の上にカツと野菜をのせただけの丼にソースをかけて食べるよう 指示を受けましたが、肉の断面を見て ソースをかけたら勿体ないと感じ 塩だけでいただいてみました。大正解！豚肉がとてつもなく旨いんです。結果的にふつうの豚カツ定食を塩で食べた感じになってしまいましたが中々出会えない豚肉を食すことが出来て良かったです。
The chin-dashi ramen is very delicious, but if you drink the supernatant, the taste of the soup stock will be diminished. What is it? Katsudon is served in a small bowl, so it's difficult to eat without spilling. I was instructed to sprinkle the sauce on a bowl of rice topped with cutlet and vegetables, but when I looked at the cross section of the meat and sprinkled the sauce on it, I felt it was a waste and tried only salt. Great answer! The pork is incredibly delicious. As a result, I felt like I ate a normal pork cutlet set meal with salt, but I'm glad I was able to eat pork that I couldn't meet.
