濃厚でほんのりと甘い感じです。
 The sashimi soy sauce (Tachibana soy sauce) was excellent.
It is rich and slightly sweet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 木綿街道に3軒醤油屋さんがあります。お向かいの“出雲平田 木綿街道 NIPPONIA”に宿泊した際、夕食のお刺身で、醤油食べ比べさせてもらい加藤醤油店のものが気に入りました。甘めで他にはない香ばしい香りがしました。翌日沢山買いに行きましたが、お値段のリーズナブルさに驚きました。ぜひおススメします(^^)
玄関のタヌキがあまりに可愛かったです。
There are 3 soy sauce shops on the cotton road. When I stayed at "Izumo Hirata cotton highway NIPPONIA" across the street, I was able to eat and compare soy sauce with sashimi for dinner and liked the Kato soy sauce shop. It had a sweet and fragrant scent unlike any other. The next day I went shopping a lot and was surprised at the reasonable price. I definitely recommend (^^)
The raccoon dog at the entrance was too cute.
