何年かぶりにお邪魔したら「ひつまぶし」が脂っぽくなっていて、お腹を壊しました。鰻の量も減ったようで残念です。あつた蓬莱軒まで行った方が良さそうです。

美味しい鰻を頂きに来店しました✨ 以前から気になっていて、鰻だったらそんなに差はないと思ってましたが目から鱗ででした✨ ひつまぶし定食を頂きましたが、全く臭みがなく、丁度良い焼き加減で、苦手だった娘が完食する程で大変美味しく頂きました☺️

特盛ひつまぶしいただきました。ご飯もうなぎも普通盛の1.5倍だったけど食べれちゃいました。大満足!お腹いっぱい カリっとしてて、甘めのタレがまた旨かったです幸せです 夜に行きました。祝日だからか直ぐに満席で、待ちは居ませんでしたが出ていくと入ってくる感じで、お持ち帰りの人もいました。 うなぎ入りの恵方巻の予約があるそうで、食べたいです

蓬莱軒に居た人が独立した店らしいです。 ひつまぶしが美味しい。 隣りの席に後から来た20代位のカップルが飛沫飛散防止アクリル板も無いのに着席してから料理が来るまで大きな声でマスク無しで会話、テーブルには食事時以外はマスク着用の注意書きが有ってもお構いなし、 鰻料理なので焼き上がって出てくるまで時間が掛かるのに店員も注意せず、店員を呼び内容伝え席を変わりました。 後で店員からお詫び有りましたが最近は若い人の感染が多く成って来てるから十分注意してほしい。 感染者出たら営業出来なくなりますよ。

平日1時過ぎに入店。お客さんは1人だけでとても静かな店内でした。 今回はうな丼(竹)を注文。 タレはひつまぶしのお茶漬けに合うよう?に甘さ控えめで醤油強めのタレでした。 お吸い物はアラレと三つ葉のみのシンプルですが、追金すれば肝吸いに変更できるそうです。 ご飯はアツアツで少し硬めの丼物にピッタリな食感でバッチリ? ミル挽き山椒の爽やかな香りと、炭焼きうなぎの香ばしい匂いが相まってとてもおいしかったです。

目の前をよく通っていて気になっていたお店。 調べたら熱田の某うなぎ屋さんで11年修行した方だとか。 これは期待大。 ほかのクチコミを見ると接客がイマイチ…とありましたが 特に不快に思う事はありませんでした。 時間が気持ち遅めだったこともあり店内には3組程で私と連れは厨房の中が見える窓際のお席に通されました。 私はうな丼 竹、お連れはひつまぶし その他肝焼きとうまきを注文しました。 うまきはうなぎが主張し過ぎる事無く玉子の出汁の味と程よくマッチしておりふわふわ。 これと米で良いわ…!と感激。 お目当てのうな丼。 うなぎは外はカリッとしており他所で食べたうなぎよりも気持ち身が薄い気はしましたが柔らかくとても美味しかったです。 焼きすぎ…との意見も見受けられましたが そんな事も無く、タレもよく絡んで私は好きだなと思いました。 他のお客さんも騒いだりせず静かで落ち着いて食事に集中でき居心地も良かったので☆5つにさせていただきました。 久しぶりに大満足なうなぎが食べられましたのでまた伺いたいと思います。
