It was quite busy when we were there and only 3 lanes were available for proper laps, so not ideal. Water was 30+ degree and the inside structure is a bit of a green house. Too warm if you're seriously swimming. You have to have a swim cap. Lockers are free but require 100yen coin. Cost is 300 for an hour if you are a suita resident, but twice that if you're not.
