学生バイトでも酷いと思うほど、話し方が適当で振替や金銭面での不手際も多い。
その事について問い合わせると自分が電話対応してないからわからないで話を終わらせる。
社内でもう少し情報共有や教育をした方がいいと思います。
直接教えてくださるリーダーと呼ばれる方達は親切で子供もなついています。
いつも笑顔で子供たちに接して下さりありがとうございます。
There are always few people at the reception desk, and it is slow to respond both face-to-face and by phone.
The way I speak is so bad that even a student part-time job is terrible, and there are many inconveniences in terms of transfers and money.
When I inquire about that, I don't know because I don't answer the phone, so I end the story.
I think it is better to share information and educate a little more within the company.
The leaders who teach us directly are kind and have children.
