鉄	鉄人29号 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6.8 たまに欲しくなるおふくろの味、婆さんの味、家庭で作るお好み焼きの味。今日はモダン焼きです。今日は鉄板の上で食べます。今日も真夏日かな、暑い中で熱いモダン焼きは分厚い。かなりあちぃ～^^; 2019 お好み焼き屋なのか、お食事処なのか、お好み焼き屋なら是非とも試したい。気になっていたお店にチャレンジです。店内はさほど広くないですね。引き違い戸を開けると、横に細長い鉄板には４人ほど、奥のカウンターに４人のキャパでしょうか、手前には来客が座ってるので奥のカウンターに着席です。壁にメニュー表が掛けられてますな。お好み焼きの他に焼そばに焼きうどん、焼きめしにそばめし、野菜炒め、親子丼からカレーライス、うどんまでレパートリーがあり、どうもお食事処になるようだが、筆頭にあるお好み焼きが東の正横綱か、やはりここは肉玉入り(500円)を注文です。鉄板に目を移すと、女将さんが焼いてくれるそれは広島風です(^^)。子どもの時から見た光景がまさに再現されてますな。鉄板で食べますか？と聞かれたが、お皿に載せてもらいました。切れ目がピザ切りのように放射線状に入ってますな。箸だと食べやすいかも。モダンにしなかったから腹八分でおさまりました。今日は市民会館で催し物があるようで駐車に困ったが、次回は親子丼を食べてみたい。 6.8 The taste of the bath, the taste of the old lady, and the taste of okonomiyaki made at home. The lady that runs it just talks and makes the food right there in front of you. The okonomiyaki was quite good, and the people next to me had yaki udon and fried rice, which also looked delicious. Nice cozy experience.
