先日は夏の旬である活イカ料理を堪能しました。
活イカは動いている状態から見せてもらい、
刺身、天ぷらと料理してもらえたので、
見た目も食感も楽しめました。
一品、一品さりげなく説明があるなど、
自然と食事を味わうことができる雰囲気が魅力だと思いました。
