出来上がってから間違えた事とアレルギーの事を説明したら店員の方がうどんに作り変えてくれました(しかもそばと別の鍋で！)
本当に感謝してもしきれません。ありがとうございました!
I had a soba allergy, but I made a mistake when I ordered udon, but I ordered soba ...
After explaining what I made a mistake and allergies after it was completed, the clerk made it into udon noodles (and in a different pot from the soba noodles!)
I cannot thank you enough. thank you very much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 道の駅あまるべ食事処、余部村魚菜店。地元の山菜佃煮ししゃもきくらげの付いた定食で、道の駅あまるべ定食を頂いた。気耳のコリコリ食感とししゃも卵のつぶつぶ食感はなかなかいける。売店でお土産にしているそうで購入してみることに。食事時の混雑時を避ければ、休日でもゆったり座りながら食事ができた。
Road Station Amarube Restaurant, Yobe Mura Uobana Store. It was a set meal with a local green onion simmered simmered jellyfish and I got a set meal at Amarube Road Station. You can feel the crunchy texture of the eggs and the crunchy texture of the vibe. It seems to be a souvenir at the shop, and to try to buy it. If I avoided the crowded meal time, I could have a meal while sitting relaxedly even on holidays.
