★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お土産用にバターどら焼き10個買いました。ぽっちゃりした40代から50代のくらいの女性店員の態度が悪くて買うのやめようかと思ったレベル。どら焼きをレジの裏の引き出しから出したと思えば乱雑に投げて出していて驚いた。商品を投げるとか終わってる。見ていて気分悪かった。不快です。接客したくないなら辞めた方がいいと思います。もう2度と買わない。不愉快。
 I bought 10 butter dorayaki for souvenirs. The chubby female clerk in her 40s and 50s had a bad attitude and decided to stop buying. When I thought that the dorayaki was taken out from the drawer on the back of the cash register, I was surprised to throw it out randomly. It's over to throw the product. I was sick to see it. It's unpleasant. If you don't want to serve customers, you should quit. I will never buy it again. Unpleasant.

大ファンなんです。特に板かりんとうなんて美味しい‼️
でも、S-PALの女の店員が、愛想悪く、お客さまと視線も合わせない。
山形駅内のお店で観光客も多くいらして、山形のもうひとつの玄関口と言ってもいいところにいるのに、あの接客はないです。
職人さんが端正込めて作ったお菓子たちが可愛そう。お客さまにも失礼です。
お菓子は⭐5つ。
でも、接客で⭐1。
即改善を求めます。
