初	初音まよ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土日も午前中から営業されてるので、昼から腰を落ち着けてゆったり飲みたい時にお邪魔しています。古澤酒造さんが経営との事で日本酒の美味しさはバッチリ！山形芋煮やひっぱりうどんもレギュラーメニューでありますので、遠方からのお客様の新幹線待ちなどでもご活用頂けるかとおもいます。先日お邪魔した時には黒板メニューでホヤの刺し身があり、日本酒との相性も抜群でお酒が止まらなくなりました。場所は駅にくっついているホテルメトロポリタンの一階となります。改札（二階です）を出て、すーっと歩いてしまうと駅前に出てしまいますので、ご注意ください。 Since it is open from the morning on Saturdays and Sundays, it is bothering you when you want to relax and relax from noon. Y	Yoshiki Yada on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山形駅前に５泊した中、3日お邪魔しました。酒蔵の澤政宗に直営店だからか判りませんが、山形牛の芋煮が絶品でした！　普通の純米酒が常温､いわゆるひやで用意されていて冷蔵庫に守られないと壊れてしまう日本酒は日本酒と認めていないワシにとってポイント高いんだな　(^_−)−☆ I stayed in front of Yamagata station for 5 nights and visited for 3 days. I don't know if it's a store directly managed by Masamune Sawa, a sake brewery, but the Imoni-boiled Yamagata beef was excellent! Ordinary pure rice sake is prepared at room temperature, so-called hiya, and if it is not kept in the refrigerator, it will break. Sake is a high point for eagles who do not recognize it as sake (^ _−) − ☆
