A	AYA OKAMURA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の女性の電話対応が最悪でした。コロナのPCR検査の陰性証明書が必要でした。私が電話口でその旨を伝えた時、コロナの検査というところが抜けてしまっていたようで、受付の女性が私に主語が抜けているのでなんのことかわかりません。と一言だけ言ってきました。なぜそんな言い方をされなければならないのか不快でした。忙しいのはわかりますよ。でも早口でなにをおっしゃっているのか聞き取りづらい、そしてこちらが必要事項を伝えている最中に言葉を遮って質問してきたり、とにかく対応が悪く最悪でした。午後2時20分ごろに電話をしてから、担当者から折り返し連絡をすると言われて約一時間経っても電話がかかってこないので、掛け直したところやっと担当者に変わっていただけました。そして私が伝えていたことが担当者の方に伝達もされていなく、再度要件から全てこちらから説明しなくてはいけなかったので二重に時間がかかりました。担当の方は不手際があったと一度謝ってくださって、対応も良かったのでそのまま手続きをしましたが、もし受付と同じような対応をされていたら違うところで検討しようかと思うくらい嫌でした。今後利用される方は中の職員の方はまともな人だと思うので参考にしていただければなと思いました。 The telephone response of the lady at the reception was the worst. h	hiha (hirohiha1313) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 令和4年1月22日子ともが微熱と喉が痛いみたいで近くの病院で紹介されたのが春日井リハビリステーションでした。予約が必要ですが次の日に朝９時頃に駐車場で係員に誘導され3番目に車から降りることも無く検査して頂きました。時間にして1時間ほどです。夕方にはPCRの結果が出るみたいでしたが1時間後に電話があり医師の方から結果を伝え頂きました。陰性で風邪でした。99％大丈夫みたいで家族も安心しました。スタッフの方もこの寒い中で外での作業は頭が下がります。ありがとうございました。忘れた頃に一週間後に診察料金の電話があります。 PCRは無料ですが解熱剤をもらっていたので 2720円の請求書が来ました。 January 22, 4th year of Reiwa The Kasugai Rehabilitation Station was introduced at a nearby hospital because both my children seemed to have a slight fever and a sore throat.
