ギ	ギッシュ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 千葉駅から少し離れた場所に在る寿司屋です。なかなかに評判が良いようなので、夜に行ってみました。店はあまり目立たない感じで、店内もあまり広くはない様子。小ぢんまりした店でした。少々雑多な店内ですが、居心地は悪くないです。寿司屋と言うより、居酒屋みたいな雰囲気ですね。頼んだのは《特寿司》1400円です。お好みで追加を頼んだので、2300円でした。確かに値段に比べればネタの質は良い方です。しかし、シャリと少し合ってない感じがしましたね。細巻きや軍艦の巻き方も歪で美しくなかったです。また、トロの脂が何だかしつこい物で、私の口には合いませんでした。追加のヒモやタコは美味しかったですが、ヒモの見た目が酷いです。普通はシャリの上で纏まる様に整えるんですけどね。汚ならしく見えてしまいます。玉子は厚く切りすぎですし、小鰭は〆過ぎでした。特に残念だったのが、オススメを聞いたら、不機嫌そうに『進めても嫌いな可能性も有るんだから、好きな物を食べれば良い』と言われた事ですね。仕入れたネタが書いてある訳ではないですし、座った位置からネタケースが全部見える訳ではないです。季節ネタで仕入れている物が有れば、それを言ってくれれば良いだけだと思うんですがね。評価が高くて期待したのですが、些か残念な結果でした。悪いとは言いませんが、また来たいと思う店ではなかったですね。ごちそうさまでした。 It is a sushi restaurant located a little away from Chiba station. The additional strings and octopus were delicious, but the strings look terrible. Normally, I arrange it so that it is gathered on top of the rice. It looks dirty. The egg was cut too thick and the fin was too thick. What was particularly disappointing was that when I heard the recommendation, I was moody and said, "There is a possibility that you may dislike it even if you proceed, so you should eat what you like." It doesn't mean that the purchased material is written, and it doesn't mean that you can see all the material cases from the sitting position. If you have something that you buy seasonally, I think you just have to tell me that. I expected it to be highly evaluated, but it was a slightly disappointing result.
