I've known these two stories for a long time, but maybe in addition to the tradition of Takemikazuchi at Kasuga Shrine in Maezu and Kasuga Shrine in Kuwana, including the keystones of Nagoya and Iga, I don't think that it is a historical fact. There is no doubt that it conveys something like an analogy. In some ancient times, it wasn't visible in the history of today, and it just disappeared. I think there was something deeply related to Kashima in this area.
