t	t哲矢 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 京阪の終点駅である出町柳から叡電鉄道で一駅のところにあるふわふわ卵白が印象的なあんかけチャーハンをいただきに参りました。お店は1階カウンターの他に2階席もありましたが、11時過ぎには満席となっておりました。卵白餡はふわふわしつつも弾力があり、他とは形容しがたい極上のチャーハンでした。もう一品注文したのが麻婆豆腐ですが、こちらも豆豉を使っているのかな？旨みがめちゃくちゃあって、いわゆる山椒が効いたピリ辛麻婆豆腐とはまた違ったオリジナリティのあるものでした。目の前で中華鍋を振るう劇場感も相まって大変素晴らしい中華屋さんでした。 From Demachiyanagi, the terminal station of Keihan, I went to get an ankake fried rice with an impressive fluffy egg white at one station by Eizan Railway. The shop had seats on the 2nd floor in addition to the counter on the 1st floor, but it was full after 11:00. Egg white bean paste was fluffy but elastic, and it was a superb fried rice that was hard to describe. Another item I ordered was Mapo tofu, but I wonder if it also uses douchi? The taste was messed up, and it had a different originality from the so-called spicy mapo tofu with Japanese pepper. It was a very wonderful Chinese restaurant, coupled with the theater feeling of shaking a wok in front of me.

R	Raj Dabre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a typical Chinese restaurant but it is one of the best places I know. I recommend the chef's special: Ankake Yakisoba. Eat it once and you will know what I mean. Best for taking your partner out on a casual date. The food is moderately priced. This place is a must visit. If you don't like it then you cannot be my friend. EVER.

The cabbage dish only included a few pieces of meat for 1100. The yakisoba was not to my liking and the fried rice was topped with a very unappetizing egg white goo. The service was polite, but the food took a long time to come out.
