・概要
本像はこの堂内の厨子に保存されている。像高五十四センチメートル、幅四十七センチメートルの坐像で、造りは普通の寄木造りではなく、前後に剥いだだけで造ってある。したがって内刳はなく、わずかに膝裏を刳りぬいてあるにすぎない。螺髪は小さく低く切り付けてあり、髪の生え際は水平に近い。肩の張りも十分にあり、胴の締まりは、二段に強く締まっている。衣文は彫り深く、襞の山は高く丸みを有している。 戸倉町教育委員会
