★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ピアノ練習目的でのステージ個人利用が可能です。使用料は1時間あたりステージ320円＋舞台設備400円、冷暖房は別途200円必要。利用申請は事前に窓口（16時30分まで）で受付してもらえます。アリーナ側とは仕切りで区切られていますが、会話が聞き取れる程度には筒抜けです（汗）
Individual use of the stage for piano practice is possible. The usage fee is 320 yen per hour + 400 yen for stage equipment, and 200 yen for air conditioning. Application for use can be received in advance at the counter (until 16:30). It is separated from the arena side by a partition, but it is hollow to the extent that conversation can be heard (sweat)

トレーニング室も完備され、更衣室にもシャワー設備があり、汗をかいた後に、シャワーを浴びて帰る事が出来るので、本当にいい施設です。
体育館以外にもミーティングルームがあったりと、多目的に活用出来る施設ですね。
The gymnasium is very large, and it's perfect for exercising.
There is a training room, and there are shower facilities in the changing room. After sweating, you can take a shower and return home.
There is a meeting room in addition to the gymnasium, so it is a multipurpose facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホールには鶴田川の治水や鹿島台の営農に尽力した鎌田三之助の展示があります。つぎはぎだらけの背広やわらじ履きなど今の子供には馴染みないものばかりですが、昔は広く仙台の小学生も学習に来るところでしたが今は少なくなりました。昔の偉人を知ることがとても大事かと思いますが寂しい限りです。また体育館やフィットネスもあります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大きな建物が多い複合店です。シーズンオフは、野球場や鎌田記念ホールも閑散期としています。とくに、大崎市で有名な地吹雪が冬期の名物です。風速は、7~13m程ありなかなか寒いです。スキー場並みです。
