?️で行きますが、駐車場が無いのが難点。
マックはこじんまりしていて落ち着く。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 宅配便を受け取れる、大型のPUDO(ヤマトとか)とはこぽす(日本郵便)の宅配ロッカーがあり、よく利用しています(^^)
NEWDAYSも広めの作りで、お菓子など種類豊富で楽しいです。
駐輪所が数台分あり、一時間無料ですが、空いていることはまれです。

いつも守衛室電話は繋がりません。転送もされず固定電話の意味がありません。
マツキヨやマックが有る為駅に入るエスカレーターへのアプローチに「自転車」が多数停められ、その大半が「車道」にはみ出したり車道自体に置かれたりで、午後から夕方には車両の通行に支障をきたしています。
企業の責任として、駐輪自転車が地域住民に「迷惑」になっていないか、「テナント料」をとるならきちんと管理して頂きたいです。

改札から直結しているので買い物はしやすい。エスカレーターは上りのみある。
ドラッグストア、歯科、整体、ファストフード、コンビニなどのテナントが入っており、また鹿島田駅からは直結で2件のスーパーやその他飲食店に行けることもあり利便性は極めて高い。
入口は夜は閉まってしまうが、駅の階段は空いているので駅を利用することは問題なくできる。
3階には荷物受け取りのPUDOがあり、またJR横にはATMコーナーがあるので総じて便利である。
