★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アップルにしました。こちらのお店は生地がシフォンケーキということで行きたかったお店です。アップルは洋酒の香りがして洋菓子のような味で美味しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「パティシエだから出来るんです❗️リンゴをワインで煮て～」と自信満々に?もみじ饅頭をすすめてきましたが、ワインで煮たと言われててもわからない。リンゴをスライスして電子レンジで温めたものが2.3枚入ってる程度。アップルパイに謝ってほしいもみじ饅頭でした。

生地はふわふわとして柔らかい。
アップルは細かく刻まれた果肉が中にゴロゴロ詰まってる。
チーズはレアチーズケーキのような甘酸っぱさ。
スイーツがもみじ饅頭に包まれてるような感じでした。

他のお店は完全機械製な感じでしたが
ここのお店は機械と職人さんのコラボでした！
それがあったかくてよかった。

同じフレーズで淡々と呼び込みをされているお店で、少し近づきにくいと感じる方もいらっしゃるかもしれません。
購入する際に「一口食べたら他のもみじ饅頭と違うってわかる」と言われましたが、その通りでした。
ある意味、変わり種のもみじ饅頭の部類に入るかもしれませんが、ふわふわの食感と、具材のリンゴやチーズにも拘りを感じる味でした！おすすめはリンゴです。

こちらのもみじまんじゅうはシフォンケーキ生地とのことで、ふんわりしていておいしかったです。アップルはシナモンと洋酒の香りが特徴的で、好みが分かれると思いますが個人的にはとても好きでした。

シナモンやアルコールの香り等はなく、安心して食べさせれました。子供連れならおすすめです！
追記
チーズ持ち帰りで食べました。こちらも絶品
チーズケーキのチーズ使用のため、甘味との相性抜群でした。
おそらく全てのお店のもみじ饅頭食べてきましたが、変わり種系では一番美味しいお店です！
