★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 良い図書館ですが、利用者のマナーは良いとはいえません。会話する人の声はうるさいし、職員は注意しようとしない。ギャラリー会場は特にうるさいときがある。
It is a good library, but the manners of the users are not good. The voice of those who talk is noisy and the staff does not try to be careful. Gallery venues are especially noisy.

今は他県に引っ越したのですが、こんなにCD、DVDが充実した図書館はありません。
今になってありがたみを知りました。
I used to go there a lot because my hometown is Tomobe.
I have moved to another prefecture now, but there is no library with such a large number of CDs and DVDs.
I now know how grateful I am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 笠間市民ではないのですが、週一位で利用させて頂いています。新刊もどんどん並んでいるし、本の貸出数に制限が無いのが凄いです。ホームページから予約すれば、読みたい本は確実に回って来ます。コミックも豊富なので、こちらも楽しみです。
I'm not a Kasama citizen, but I use it once a week. New books are lined up one after another, and it is amazing that there is no limit to the number of books that can be rented. If you make a reservation from the homepage, the book you want to read will surely come around. There are a lot of comics, so I'm looking forward to it too.
