★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 笠間は、自由な発想のカフェや食事ができるお店が点在してます。こちらのお店は初めてお邪魔しました。
お肉とか化学調味料を使わない。シンプルでヘルシーなお料理でありながら、しっかりとした歯ごたえでお腹はいっぱいになります。
肉食系の方には、おススメできませんが。。。器とか諸々全てこだわりを持っているお店です。
予約をしてから行かないといっぱいで入れない日もあるのでご注意ください。
まったりゆっくり過ごす空間としては最高です。
 Kasama is dotted with cafes with free ideas and shops where you can eat. I visited this shop for the first time.
Do not use meat or chemical seasonings. It's a simple and healthy dish, but it's chewy and full.
I can't recommend it to carnivorous people. .. .. It is a shop that is particular about everything such as vessels.
Please note that there are days when you cannot enter unless you make a reservation.
It is the best space to spend a relaxing time.

本当に本当に最高です。
完全予約制と知らずに伺ってしまいましたが、『少しお時間はかかってしまいますが、お待ちいただけるのであれば…』と仰っていただけたので、お願いすることにしました。
待つ時間も、窓の外の流れる雲を見て、小高い丘の上の牛小屋を眺め、待つ時間は長くは感じませんでした。
真菰をいただきましたが、素材そのものの味をダイレクトに感じることができ、不思議と感謝の気持ちがわいてきます。
食の重要性を舌と心で感じることができました。
