適当すぎます。

他の方と同じで、態度が悪くびっくりしました。書類の不備で2回訪れましたが、こちらの質問には被せるように答えてきて、いらない書類は無言で投げて返すように戻してきました。
いつも同じ作業をしているからかもしれませんが、こちらは初めて行くので、せめて普通に対応して欲しいです。2回目の時も同じ方だったので、住まい給付金の担当の方は決まっているのだと思います。
今まで他の機関も利用させて頂いていますが、
ここまで態度が悪く、やる気がない方に会ったことはありません。
何人かの方も同じ事が書かれていると思いますが、きっと同じ職員の方なのでしょう。
人事を変えた方がいいと思います。
お給料をもらっているのに、あの態度は無いです。

Until now, I have been using other institutions as well,
I've never met someone who has such a bad attitude and is unmotivated.
I think that the same thing is written for some people, but I'm sure they are the same staff.
I think you should change your personnel.
Even though I'm getting paid, I don't have that attitude.

窓口は５～６席あり並ばずに案内され待ち時間なしで対応していただきました。
対応も親切に不足する申請書類をその場で書いて追加してもらうなどして無事に受理していただきました。
