★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 佐川一信市長時代に建てられた、研究所です。震災後は教育委員会の部署が入って手狭になっていますが、新庁舎が出来たら、元に戻るのでしょう。1Fになぜかロケットの模型が置いてあります。2Fには弘道館記の写しが展示してあります。3Fにはホールもあります。
This research institute was built during the time of Mayor Kazunobu Sagawa. After the earthquake, the department of the Board of Education enters and becomes too small, but if a new government building is built, it will return to its former position. There is a rocket model on the first floor for some reason. On the 2nd floor, a copy of Kondokan is on display. There is also a hall on the 3rd floor.
