★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても親切で新しい土地が出たらちゃんと連絡してくれます。（社交辞令で｢土地が見つかったら連絡します～（その後一度も連絡ない）｣って不動産もたくさんいますが）ちゃんと覚えていてくれることが一番嬉しかったので、星5です！
They are very kind and will contact you when a new land comes out. (Although there are many real estates that say "I will contact you when the land is found" (I will never contact you after that) in the social decree) I was most happy to remember it properly, so it is 5 stars!

ただ電話で借りたい駐車場伝えましたが希望問い合わせ違って困りました(引越直後で地理疎くうまく伝えられなかった)
他の駐車場紹介されたけど、近い駐車場良かったのでダメもとで他の不動産へ連絡
そこでも満車って言われたけど、お願いしてオーナーに直接聞いてもらったら2台空きありでそこで契約
対応に不満はないけど、もう少し親身になって念のためとオーナーさんへ連絡してくれてもよかったかと

The lady in charge was polite and helped me to contact me regularly until the contract
I just told the parking lot I wanted to rent on the phone, but I was troubled by a different inquiry (I was unable to communicate well because of geography immediately after moving)
Other parking lots were introduced, but the nearby parking lot was good so I contacted other real estate
It was said that the car was full there, but if you ask and ask the owner directly, there are two available and contract there
I wasn't dissatisfied with the response, but I was glad to get in touch with the owner just in case
