★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鹿嶺高原から数百メートル、国営林道西谷線を進んだ場所にあるキャンプ場である。
私が訪れた時は営業していなかったが、建物に痛みは無く管理されているようであった。場所的に開けており、キャンプはもちろん、天体観測にもうってつけであると思う。
 It is a campsite located a few hundred meters from Luling Plateau, along the National Forest Road Nishiya Line.
The building was not open when I visited, but the building seemed to be painless and well maintained. The location is open and I think it is perfect for astronomical observation as well as camping.

夜間照明はありません。
車高の低い車で北星平キャンプ場は、未舗装路を通って行くので、やめておいたほうがいいと思います。
サイトは車両乗り入れOKですが、けものよけネットで、囲まれていました。
展望台からは、仙丈ヶ岳が目の前に見ることができます。
炊事棟とトイレしか無いので、鹿嶺高原の本サイトにはコインシャワーがあります。
面倒ですが、高遠に下りると、入浴施設「高遠温泉さくらの湯」があります。
真夏でも涼しく過ごせて、晴れていれば、夜空は星でいっぱいです。
It is full of wildness.
There is no night lighting.
It's best to stop because Hokuseidaira Campground goes through unpaved roads with a low car height.
The site is OK to enter the vehicle, but it was surrounded by the Kemonoyo net.
From the observatory, you can see Senjogatake in front of you.
Since there is only a cooking building and a toilet, there is a coin shower on this site in the Kamine Plateau.
It is troublesome, but if you go down to Takato, you will find the bathing facility "Takaon Onsen Sakura no Yu".
You can stay cool even in midsummer, and if it's sunny, the night sky is full of stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年10月16日から2泊。標高1800mからの眺めは、天気が良ければ最高。里からの山道を登る事30分。木々の種類が替わるのを眺めながらひたすら登る。夕刻から野生の狐の鳴き声がして、自然を感じる。トイレ、水場に照明が無いので要準備。
2 nights from October 16, 2020. The view from an altitude of 1800m is the best if the weather is nice. 30 minutes to climb the mountain road from the village. Climb earnestly while watching the types of trees change. From the evening, you can hear the cry of wild foxes and feel the nature. There is no lighting in the toilet and water area, so preparation is required.
