★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 秋田出張と言えば烏森!1月の出張の際は満員で泣く泣く違うお店へ行きましたが、今回は気合い入れて6時前に入店。焼き鳥各種、モツ煮、1品料理とどれをとっても旨いです。何よりほっとするお店の雰囲気が最高です!次回も必ず行こうッと（笑）

そしてうまい！そして大将の気遣い！もっと早く来ればよかった！

おでんがありました。
大根は味が染みてて柔らかくって美味しい。
もちろん卵も！！
早めの時間に行かないとおでんは無くなってしまうかもしれません。

駅からもほど近いです。地元の方でいつも賑わっています。
ホルモン煮込みはハマるうまさです。
日本酒は両関。これとまた相性がいいです。
各種焼き物も1本から注文できるのでいろんな種類が楽しめます。
大将の人柄もまた最高です。

写真が少ないのは撮る間を惜しんで飲み食べしてしまったから（汗）私とした事が...
旨い安い居心地がいいというありきたりな評価は完全に◎（二重まる）として、私が感動したポイントを3つ。
①ドリンクが当たり前に旨い。
→サーバー洗浄や品質管理が徹底されている。
②もつ焼きが冷えても旨い。
→相当もつ焼き食べてますが、冷えても旨いと思えるもつ焼きはなかなか無い。鮮度と焼きの技術が成せる技。
③大将が素敵。
→お店が賑わう理由が分かる。働かれてるアルバイトさんは殆どが学生さんのようだが、お店が22時までなのは学生さんを思っての事。学業が疎かにならない配慮との事。
からす森さんに行くため秋田で仕事作らなきゃ（爆）
