★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 胃の調子が悪くて伺いましたがこちらの内科の先生は循環器専門なので他の症状だと受付で拒絶されて診ていただけません。風邪で胃の具合が悪いこともあるのでは？受付の方の対応も非常に事務的で冷たくがっかりしました。専門外だから診察はしてもいいけど薬は出せないこともあるよと言う内容の説明でした。かかりつけ医としていざ具合が悪くなった時に先代からお世話になっていましたが、二度とお伺いすることはないと思います。体調が悪い時の冷たい対応はとても残念でした。

Maybe you have a cold and your stomach is sick? The receptionist's response was also very clerical and cold and disappointing. The explanation was that it is okay to have a medical examination because it is not a specialty, but there are times when you cannot give medicine. As a family doctor, I have been indebted to me since my predecessor when I was sick, but I don't think I will ever visit you again. I was very disappointed with the cold response when I was sick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日家族のワクチン接種の予約でお世話になりました❗、電話もネットもつながつたと思ったら,開始３分で本日の予約者が一杯になりましたといわれてしまい、それを何日か続いているため相談したところ集団接種でなく個別の診療所等はとの事で申し込み時間にやつと予約が取れました、診療時間に合わせてその時間に指定される為その日は夜勤なのですが予約しました(心配なのは熱や副作用がひどくないのを祈るしかない❓)ワクチン接種で休めない為ですがしようがないと諦めました、
今現在でも接種したくても直ぐには予約が取りにくい状況でした❗、いつまでこの様な状況が続くのか不安感で一杯になりましたがとりあえずこれで家族全員のワクチン接種の見通しが見えて来て安心したところで、黒田内科診療所様には感謝している次第です‼️。

When I consulted with him, I was able to make a reservation at the application time because it was not a group vaccination but an individual clinic, etc. (I'm worried that I have no choice but to pray that the fever and side effects are not terrible ❓) I gave up because I couldn't take a rest due to vaccination.
Even now, it was difficult to make an appointment immediately even if I wanted to get vaccinated. ❗ I was full of anxiety about how long this situation would continue, but for the time being, I could see the prospect of vaccination for the whole family. I am grateful to Kuroda Internal Medicine Clinic for the peace of mind! ️.
